Tyrone Noonan talking Black Dog single and the Philosophy of Global Recovery

In the Music Real E105, Nicki chats with Aria Award winning Australia Music Artist Tyrone Noonan released his new single Black Dog in June this year. I wanted to have a chat about the story behind this song. It’s a great song and upbeat and quirky – uplifting with its poignant message YOU DON’T OWN ME. Very effective message hinting at a time honored mental health strategy with “Old Ty” locked in an old shed and the “New Ty” facing up to “Old Ty” in the shed, letting go and breaking free,” Ty chats about how this song came about. We explore about how Music Artists across the globe are doing right now with the “black dog”, the rate of suicides in our industry and look at opening of the pandora box. This chat gets raw and honest and takes us on a real journey through what is facing music artists in Australia right now thanks to the decimation of our industry because of lockdown. It’s a great chat where Ty takes us down a rabbit hole exploring healing alternatives, the culture of the masculine and the feminine, history, politics, appreciation of arts in this country, mental health, the energy in this land of Australia and explores options to get Australians into meditation so we can begin to tackle some of these endemic problems. https://themusicreal.com.au/2020/07/26/tyrone-noonan-talking-black-dog-single-and-the-philosophy-of-global-recovery/
