In The Music Real E32, the team talks to Dan Nebe, the founder of Rockin’4 The Homeless an annual event organised by volunteers to support the homeless in the Peninsula community.
The event organisation is pretty impressive in that there is always has a major headliner act with plenty of local artists supporting the event. To fully fund an event BEFORE the doors open is an incredible achievement. All monies raised for the event go directly and wholly to the cause.
We talk to Dan about the challenges with the Event going ahead as planned due to the COVID restrictions and discuss possibilities for events in the post Covid world for events like this.
What do you do when the entire Event Bill has been booked and paid for and now everything has changed? https://themusicreal.com.au/2020/06/03/how-do-you-plan-a-charity-event-post-covid-with-dan-nebe-rockin4-the-homeless/
