This research project conducted over 3-4 years was led by Queensland Conservatorium Research Centre, Griffith University, with industry partners, Australia Council for the Arts. Making Music Work mapped the creative, social, cultural, and economic realities of the portfolio music career through a study of over 600 Australian musicians.
