Cath Palfreyman from Nando’s Australia – Music is a Great Connector

In the Music Real E144, I chat with Cath Palfreyman PR Manager for Nando’s in Australia. Nando’s teams up with Support Act to provide 15000 meals to help feed Support Act’s grant recipients. In 2018 Nando’s Australia launched NanDonation, an initiative that secures food from Nando’s restaurants that was otherwise headed for landfill and redistributes it to charities across Australia. To date, over 300,000 meals have been provided to disadvantaged locals in need. Since April, Nando’s have contributed $4.5 million worth of food to frontline Healthcare and Emergency Service workers and have generated an additional 1 million meals to Foodbank.
